Why am I not receiving any confirmation emails?

Want to buy weed online but not receiving emails from dank? First, please make sure to check your spam and junk folders. The best way to ensure dank emails end up in your inbox is to add hi@dank.mom to your email contacts.

What's the return policy?

All orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges when you buy weed online.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time we are only accepting Interac e-transfers for all dank orders.

All Canadian Banks and Credit Unions provide this service, it can be set up easily through mobile or online banking. If you already using Interac e-transfer, all you will need to do is add dank as a payee. Once you place your order, we send you the payee contact information and security question details in your order confirmation email. Orders will not be processed until we have received an e-transfer for the full amount of the order. When you buy weed online in Canada email transfer is the standard form of payment.

I sent my e-transfer, now what?

Once an E-Transfer it can take up to 33 hours for us to verify your payment and process your order. As soon as the payment is received and the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your dank order status and tracking information.

What happens to my order if I don't send a payment?

After an order is placed, the next step is to send an e-transfer. We will hold your order for up to 8 hours, if we don’t receive your payment within 8 hours of placing your order, we will automatically cancel your order.

Do you charge tax?

Yes, we charge GST or HST depending on which province we are shipping to, tax will be calculated in your cart at checkout.

Where's my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking number, email us at support@dank.mom.

When does my order ship out?

All dank orders and payments received by 10 am PST will be shipped on the same day. All dank orders and payments received after 10 am PST will be shipped the following business day.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you don’t receive your package within 48 hours after the expected arrival date, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@dank.mom.

My tracking details are indicating my package has been "successfully delivered" but I have not received my order

There are a few reasons why your order status may be set to “Successfully Delivered”, the good news is, it’s likely your package isn’t lost or stolen, just delayed in delivery.

Often postal workers scan a large number of packages as delivered at once and spend the next business day or two completing the delivery.

If you have not received your package within 48 hours after the “Successfuly Delivered” online order status update, let us know by email at support@dank.mom

Tips for complication-free delivery:

  • Double check the shipping address you provided is correct.
  • If you are using a flex delivery address, make sure your account number is included as well as the RPO of which post office you have chosen for pick up.
  • Before panicking about a missing package, please check with your neighbours to see if they accidentally received your package.

I am tracking my order and it looks like my package is going to the wrong destination

If you’re tracking your dank order and it looks like it’s in the wrong city, this is most likely due to human error. Postal codes are manually entered by the post office, in the event it is entered wrong, even being off by a single letter or digit can cause a routing error and delay of up to 3 business days.

If you do not receive your shipment after 5 business days email us email at support@dank.mom.

Please note: we don’t offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues.

Can I ship outside of Canada?

No, we only ship within Canada.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for any orders over $125 (subtotal – before tax and after discount).

All dank orders are express shipped across Canada for a $15 flat rate, and we provide a tracking number via email for you once the order has shipped. Your package will arrive 1 – 2 business days from when you receive your shipping confirmation email.

How do I change my address?

You can do this directly in your dank member profile. If you need any assistance reach out to our support team at support@dank.mom.

How long do orders take to ship?

My package tracking details aren't working, what's wrong?

There is a delay of a few hours between when you receive your order confirmation email and when the post office scans your package to activate your tracking code.

If your tracking details aren’t working after 12 hours, contact us at support@dank.mom.

Why doesn't the email tracking number I received from you work?

We email the tracking number before scanning the package at the post office. It won’t show up as trackable on the Canada Post site until the package is scanned by the post office. The correct tracking should show up by the end of the business day. Please wait up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show a location before contacting us, thank you.

Security and discretion is very important to us. Dank does not share members’ personal information with any other third party company.

Is it safe to buy weed online?
